Proclaiming that Mumbai is open to all Indians, RSS has claimed that it was against the campaign of disregarding non Marathi speaking people and targetting North Indian people who has migrated to Maharashtra for livelihood. While Shiv Sena is going ahead with its campaign, Mumbai for Marathi people, the move by RSS opposing it has led to political disturbances too. The BJP also is in a soft spot which relies on its alliance with Sena in Maharastra while it has a different ally JD(U) in Bihar where Assembly elections are due in October.
