Tuesday 2 February 2010
Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is lately on a mission to Bihar with the hope of reviving the young generation there. Rahul who has spearheaded the campaign among the youth in Uttar Pradesh and other parts across the country was capable to draw huge crowds. Now he aims to repeat the same in Bihar, where Assembly polls are scheduled later this year. Rahul addressing rallys in Bihar also took the oppurtunity to dig the Shiva Sena for their alleged neglect on Biharis and criticised their harsh attitude towards North Indians. He also pointed out that many of the NSG cammandos who rushed in for the rescue operations during the 26/11 Mumbai attacks were indeed North Indians. -- MP
