Raj: - Shame or Pride for Marathi.

Last few days as a Marathi and Maharashtrian I always thinking whether I should proud on Raj or I should feel ashamed for his activity.



Then I tried to analyze what is Maharashtra, what is Marathi and basically what is nature of Marathi man means "Marathas" and I got surprised when I seen the long history what Marathi's done!



And this story of Pride of Marathi's start from the time when we or our fathers also not bourn lets analyzes some parts of history.



"Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj " – A great Marathi warrior, who given us identity and given the world thoughts of independence and told world that Marathi's are great warrior who save unable and Marathi's become "MARATHA".



Marathi:- If consider as a independent view its just a language but what's special in this language; Remember the wordings of Sant Gyaneshwar "Amrutahuni God maiboli Marathi majhi", after this wordings there is nothing to explain.



Now lets see what Marathi's given to country or for what we are know for.



Marathi's are always known for giving a correct direction, ideology and constructive ways to society.



1) Congress: - Gopal Krishna Gokhale and "Lokmanya" Bal Gangadhar Tilak, this Ideology is given and strengthen by Marathi's.

2) RSS: - How can we forget Dr Keshava Baliram Hedgewar who given an ideology of National pride.

3) Hindutva: - When it's Muhammad Ali Jinnah who started using the religion as a dived tool and Hindus are feeling helpless then Marathi Vinayak Damodar Savarkar who stand as a strong leader.

4) Gandhi wad:- when it's a Gandhi era, its always Marathi's who are the strong supporter, we provided some great Gandhians Vinayak Narahari Bhave (Vinoba Bhave), Its Marathi's who not only followed but accepted ideology as a part of life so Gandhi Topi is still a part of our culture.

5) Left: - Shripad Dange like marathi leaders who strengthen left ideology.

6) Republican: - Dr Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar who started the republican movement.

7) Women Education: - Before people know what's education is its Jyotirao Phule and Savitribai Phule who given the thoughts of women education to India.



This list is going on as Marathi's are known for giving constructive ideology to world; they are known for not as a part of history but for creating history. But all on above discussion I had not used a single time Maharashtra word because this marathi pride is even before STATE come in picture.



If so powerful people are their then why they not made any attempt to make any preference arrangement for Marathi's or some kind of reservation, because they know Marathas are warriors who can save others and reservations are always for unable and insecure peoples.



See some pride stories when Maharshtra state come in picture, we are the first state to make green evolution successful on our own (Vasantrao naik), and we given super computer when world rejected it (Dr Bhatnagar) and again a long constructive story……………….



Now lets see current political scenario……………………………………….



Now Mr Raj is claming reservation for Marathi's, he and his party claming that no advertisement in local paper for Train Jobs.



If above is a problem as a Marathi seeing my own history of constructive, inclusive ideology my response should be; ok Railway Department not giving advertisement in local paper; I will spend some 1 lk RS from my pocket and this advertisement will come on first page of all Local news paper. If solution is so simple then why this same issue is coming again and again for last few years. If help to Marathi youth then some classes can be arranged locally for guidance; again a step to constructive inclusive politics.



Now see from the Marathi eyes what's MR Raj: - a self claimed Marathi leader who always speak having support of 11cr Marathi's and not heard to his views then state will burn, but seeing Marathi history I don't think Marathi's will support any time destructive politics, see Nathuram case who killed Gandhi but its Marathi majority then who kept Gandhi wad alive. This destructive Marathi pride is never supported in Maharashtra otherwise Congress, BJP like central parties may not sustained in state, we never supported regional breakup as seeing above history its Marathi's who created nation and not only India but dream of United India.



But may be somebody can ask this is not a new thing on specifically Mumbai streets as in 60's it's Bal Keshav Thackeray agitation, but that time things are very different and so till Balasaheb is one of respected leaders, That time economy is not open, jobs are very less and Maharshtra it self it's a backward state, but in 50yrs things are changed like dream, State become Most preferred investment hub, education hub, IT hub. Per capita income is high; unemployment percentage is less over national percentage. Now Marathi's are challenging world as national level targets we defeated very early.



MNS and Raj:-MNS when this political party started its always told that they will create a Maharashtra which is not even seen in dreams, and not only myself but all Marathi's always believed that will be a constructive creation of History, Its always told Raj will take all people with him but suddenly what happen that MNS is deviated from constructive dreams to destructive nature, rather than development now always speaking burning of state?

And few answers of this question are like this after the rearrangement of constituencies on population basis, its Mumbai and suburban city's got more seats rather than Rest of Maharshtra and if we check MNS agitation then it will be very surprising that announcement dates by election commission and MNS dates match a lot, as migrant issue is some what popular in Mumbai, MNS leader started giving controversial statements, But again question remains why government not taken action on MNS; again everybody knows that Sena always has a goodwill in state and this time its may be Sena-BJP alliance can bounce back so congress deliberately delayed action, to reduce Sena Vote bank. Then possibilities remains either MNS will win some seats or force Sena to loose on some places in both situation congresses will get a benefit as MNS will surely go to POST poll alignment with congress which they already done in some local bodies. This card of congress is also not new in Maharashtra, in early Sena days, congress used Sena to destroy communist base in Maharashtra so its history repeating it self.



Mr Raj: - Now suddenly Raj started caring Marathi's, I ask some basic question to Mr Raj.

1) If it's only Marathi love and no political ambition then why he left Sena the Party fighting for years for Marathi's.

2) When Sena was in Power and Raj has complete control on party (As Udhav was not in politics), why he not taken some constructive actions for which today he is crying (Ya that time government taken action and closed the enquiry of KINI murder case).

3) When its come to Marathi pride why your language change when you reach to rest of Maharashtra, you just said in Vidharbha that this issue is political compellation for you, it may be a political issue for you but for us its backbone of life.

4) Your big Mill complex is coming up I like to know whether Marathi's are getting free flats or some big discounts.

5) If you can betrayed your own uncle (you claim he is your god), own party how can Marathi believe on you.

6) What about the Marathi person killed in Nashik, and now one North Indian student in Mumbai?



Now seeing Raj history whenever in sena also somebody taken some constructive steps he disturb the process, lets see Movement stared by Udhav "Mi Mumbaikar", Its always your political ambition to reach to heights of Balashaeb you floated the party and in 1st one year you fail to show your own supports that you have the capabilities of Balashaeb and sudden announcements by election commission, you got opportunity; both to stop going back cadre and gain some political mileage.



By seeing above discussion you may think that I am a political opponent of MNS or RAJ, but nothing like that as a Marathi my views are clears that for your Family fights or Political ambitions don't use name of great Marathi pride, don't try to misguide world on Marathi history of constructive politics.



Lets see the issues raised in current politics in they name of pride of Marathi's.

1) Railway recruitment: - It's open recruitment and their is no rule that Marathi can not appear, and If its only advertisement is issue lets appeal Marathi news papers and TV channels, that please Print this news on front page free of cost. If thing come as reservation I like to ask whether we are afraid of competition or we are not believing our own educational system and candidates that they will get pass, if issue is of pattern of exam lets start some classes. If we ask for reservation on regional basis then ultimately we are loosing over the competition and claim on all India seats.

2) Reservation For sons of Soil: - In most of state government jobs and colleges that is already applicable; and if we are asking reservation in center government seats which is not at all possible as per our constitution of India, means we are our self insulting of our own pride created by grate Marathi people of National Unity and Image of warrior. It's very funny that in every state that some small political party asks for reservation of sons of soil as they now to complete this demand they had to have 2/3rd majority in central government for amendment of constitution which they never get on local issue its just making people fool for political mileage.

3) Progress of State people: - This is a most important issue and I am a strong believer that every person in state should progress and we all as Marathi should support them. But when we say Marathi its not only city job issue but its very big issue, dying farmers are also Marathi's, People leaving in Gadchiroli Forest are also Marathi's, People living In villages where there is no electricity for 14Hrs a day, no water they are also Marathi's and this is a real shame for us, and people working for this cause are pride for me ex Baba Amate and many whom don't want any political mileage or there is no family fight in the name of work.

4) Unity of Marathi's:- This is also a point I have strong feeling but in constructive manner; when in the president elections Sena supported Pratibha Patil crossing all the political lines I am happy as it's the one way of growth of Marathi's in constructive phase. I think these types of initiatives are always welcome.

5) Destruction:-By breaking own state property or beating some student and poor person's; what may be MNS is doing in the name of Marathi's is a shame for us, as Marathi's are warriors and not cowards, we have faith in our own strengths, why to get more seats we stop others from appearing exams? Against whom we are fighting our own nation, or our own government which is elected my majority of us. In state assembly I think 90% or more are Marathi's, in center 42 MPs and 8 ministers with powerful departments like Home, agriculture, oil, aviation etc. so MNS don't believe on own people elected by Marathi's. Either the all voters are fools or somebody trying to make us fool in the name of Marathi pride.

6) What this Road show result: - I personally till not seen any positive effect of this destructive politics, but we already paid a huge amount for that ex- Till one year before State is no 1 preference for investment no we are at no 3, already many state opportunist politician started crying on regional divide which is a big danger for national unity, we already loose the Rajiv Gandhi on this issue. J&K, East states, Tamil Nadu are already on the regional divide. Just now different vidharbha State Movement had gone cool. And Biggest lose for us is that from the Shivaji era we created a goodwill that Marathi's are growth oriented, brave, constructive people image is getting hurt.



You may think why I need to write a so big mail, as a Marathi I just taken the responsibility to show all what is we and I don't want to loose my own state pride created my many peoples hard work only for one persons personal family fight and political ambition.



I am not against anybody every one is free to do anything but I request Raj and MNS don't do any thing in the name of Marathi people which hurt real Marathi Nature and give a wrong massage to world. Because when you speak about Marathi you are counting only Marathi voters and not the lakhs of Marathi people which are living outside state and country.



If somebody like then they can forward to all Marathi's if not just delete and ya comments are always welcome, Jai Maharashtra



(It's just my one way to express my thoughts rather than playing in the hands of politician, as a young and educated we have to decide the direction of our state and country lets start a new era create once again a new history)

these are latest figures so do u mean to say marathi youngsters who r leading India in areas like research and IT sectors , are not capable of becoming even TC?
which competition are u taliking about?
how come dube, sharma , varma are the majority of TCs? are only they deserving? if so, then y is the poor condition of railways where wothout ticket travellers are countless.

Reservation For sons of Soil: Y it shud not be? u r talking abt pride but y r u not talking abt hunger? Hunger comes first and then pride and i think farmer's suicides in maharashtra are because they are not able to see hunger in their family and not because of pride. If even small businesses and employments are taken away by UP, Bihar labour contractors then where local marathi will go? which competition are u talking abt? will u even willing to work if ur salary is reduced day by day just because there are so many UP biharis are available to do same job at leeser pay than wht u get. wht will u do in such case? will u continue to work or switch over?

do u believe in our system? where police system is inadequete. plz refer strength of available police against its actual requirement. judiciary system ? better not to comment on its tortoise movement. in such scenario TO MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN unfortunatelly we have to leave gandhigiri and have to take up destructive modes only because we cant wait 15o yrs for Change to happen like our independence.

Progress of State people:
I believe root cause of poor state of maharashtra is because locals are employees and outsiders are employers and hence locals are ignored at all level.
and poor progress of state , i will attribute to up biharis only who are always viewed as VOTEBANK and responsible for growing slum areas and poor law and order as thease Bhaiyyas are driving autos like 10 bhaiyyas on same license?

Unity of Marathi's: I am slight negative on this issue. When Raj is roaring with Marathi issues then I find so many marathis against him. but nobody bothers to understand that if Raj is stopped today then no other voice will come ahead to take on these regional issues. Why coaliation gioverment exists? it is just because one national party cant understand the deep regional/local issues. As big MNC do lot of social work under name of Corporate social responsibility but actually thru this they do their own brand promotion. I n same way RAj is tackling marathi's problem and actuall he might be satisfying Political ambitions. But so wht? its win win situation for both . For Raj and for Locals.

5) Destruction: unfortunately, ppl understand this language only. When it was already stated by goverment then also y shop were dispalying boards in english? and when raj took up the issue y suddenly picture changed? same is the case with JEt airways, how come suddenly management became ready to retain workforce?
and y now only messege is clear to UP and Bihar that "Its enough not anymore"

6) Road shows: yes these are destructive and as entire society is changing , even political parties also shud realise and take constructive ways to tackle the issues.

Where the HECK is Raj Thakrey and his sena hiding????? Tell him that NSG Commandos from North and South India were fighting the battle in mumbai on 26th, 27, 28th Nov at TAJ, oberoi and Nariman house. So that he can sleep in peace and wakeup 2morro after the operation unfolds and talk about the anti- maharashtrians.
