i have a problem in verification of my HSC and SSC certificates.this problem is due to the lamination of my certificates which was done by the board.the HRD is refusing to certify the laminated certificates.if i am removing the lamination the certificate is getting damaged.i have been to some proffessionals also even they are unable to remove it.

You first need to register an FIR...a police complaint letter is required to attain ur marksheets. Next, you get an affidavit that claims you have lost your marksheets and acts as an authentic proof...now you apply to Bombay Board these documents along with an application requesting for a duplicate copy.
